SHIPPING POLICY

At 2XL, we understand the importance of getting your purchases to you as soon as possible. That is why we offer two shipping options for our customers based in Bangladesh.

Inside Dhaka Shipping: For customers located within Dhaka, we offer a shipping charge of 60 taka. This shipping option will be fulfilled by our trusted courier service and will take approximately 2-3 working days to reach you.

Outside Dhaka Shipping: For customers located outside of Dhaka, we offer a shipping charge of 150 taka. This shipping option will also be fulfilled by our trusted courier service and will take approximately 3-5 working days to reach you. Please note that the shipping charge for outside Dhaka must be paid in advance.

Shipping Times: All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Shipping times may vary during public holidays and busy periods.

Delivery: We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. However, please note that delivery times are only estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery Failure: If our courier service is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, a redelivery fee may apply.
